Starting from Marrakech (1 hour car), we head to Imi Ourhlad. Here we met our muleteer team and we begin an ascent that will guide us to Tizi n´Techt pass (2.100 m). On track we can contemplate the typical flat roofed Berber villages surrounded by several cultivated terraces. We´ll stop for lunch in Imi n´Ifri before the gently descent to our destiny in the adobe Berber village of Tiziane (1.750 m).
After breakfast, we ascent along Assif n´Ouiassidene valley, through vast walnut groves, to Tizi n´Taghrhourte pass (1.995 m) and crossing an unusually leveled path until we get to Assaka spring, where we´ll stop to delight our picnic. Our next walk will guide us along the forest´s border until we reach D´knt village(1.870 m), where we´ll spend the night.
We depart after breakfast in a 3 hours march within a walnut forest, several cultivated fields and pastures filled with different herds. We cross Tizi n´Tagdalte pass and we begin a descent surrounded of juniper and othes small plants until we get to a beautiful spring in the middle of a grove, where we´ll stop for eating. From here, we continue descending until we arrive again to Assif n´Ouiassidene valley and to our destiny in Tizi Oussem village (1.850 m).
After breakfast, we take a path that will guide us across Tizi Mzik passs (2.450 m) to Mzik village, where we´ll stop for lunch between orchids and cherry, apple and walnut trees. In the afternoon, we´ll head for our destiny in the main Berber village of Imlil.
Breakfast and return to Marrakech. End of our services.
Variant: As an option, it´s possible to return to Marrakech the same day we reach Imlil (day 4), though it´s recommendable to rest that night in the cosy guest house of Imlil and leave the next day. Seek advice over the prices.
