This route takes part of the itinerary followed by the former Paris-Dakar. With the city of Nador/Melilla as a starting point, we take an off-road trail following a route that will bring us to Erfoud. in few days. Then we travel around Erg Chebbi, home of the great dunes of Morocco, passing through the oasis of Tissardmin, and arrival to Merzouga. Our adventure will lead us, via Khemliya and Taouz, to Mhamid, changing from the Ziz River Basin to the Draa River´s one, with previous stop in the oasis of Mharech, in the middle of the desert. From here we follow an off-road trail across the spectacular Chegaga dunes and the imposing Iriki dry lake. Halt in Foum-Zguid, Nekob and Boumalne Dades. The last days of this route we travel deep in the High Atlas following a beautiful mountain trail that pass through the Berber village of Agoudal, the highest town of all Morocco, until we get to Midelt. From here we go to Nador/Melilla by road. End of travel.
